Cafe Rotterdam and Flour Factory Latenstein

Cafe Rotterdam and Flour Factory Latenstein
Together with the Cruise Terminal Rotterdam Cafe Rotterdam is housed in the former arrivals hall for transatlantic passengers of the Holland America Line on the Wilhelminakade. The building was constructed between 1946-1949 after a design by architects Brinkman, Van den Broek & Bakema. The Flour Factory Latenstein of architect J.J.M. Vegter, marked by the green cube on its roof, isn't located on the Wilhelminapier, but on the other side of the Rjnhaven harbour basin, on Katendrecht. Photo shot from the Erasmusbrug / Erasmus Bridge.
