The Holland Amerikakade, Pakhuismeesteren and Codrico Works
The Holland Amerikakade with on it the former Pakhuismeesteren warehouse and behind it, on Katendrecht, the Latenstein flour factory of architect J.J.M. Vegter, which houses the Codrico works. Visible on the right: the Eastside of the former arival hall of the Holland Amerika Lijn (HAL), the so-called Cruise Terminal. The Holland Amerikakade is quay along the river Nieuwe Maas. The parking lot in the front is the location where De Rotterdam office building / apartment complex of architect Rem Koolhaas / OMA will be built. Gray scale image.
